Online Training Session
Live online session — 2 hours per booking. Can cover any agreed subject: product features, selection, wiring, system design, estimation, marketing, programming, troubleshooting, or any other topic as needed. Charged per session.
In-Person Training
On-site training at your premises or a Smart G4 facility — up to 6 hours per day. Covers advanced programming, system design, wiring, commissioning, and troubleshooting with real hardware. Standard programming training typically requires 3 days. Charged per day.
Technical Webinars
Regular live webinars covering new products, advanced features, integration techniques, and best practices for Smart G4 installations — scheduled and announced in advance. Free to join.
Certified Training Program
Comprehensive 3–4 day certification program, 7–8 hours per day. Covers full system design, programming, commissioning, and troubleshooting. Leads to official Smart G4 Certified Installer / Integrator status — recognised by clients and the industry.
